Mr. Aman Thakur is a Chartered Engineer (India), accredited by the Institution of Engineers (IEI), and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Himachal Pradesh University along with a Master’s degree in Construction Management from the prestigious Jaypee University. Known for his analytical mindset, he excels in solving complex challenges related to highway engineering, bridge design, and infrastructure execution.

With over 10 years of extensive professional experience, Mr. Thakur has worked across diverse sectors of civil engineering. He began his career as a Site Engineer at a major hydro-engineering tunnel project, where he gained substantial exposure to underground construction, geological assessment, and heavy civil works. He later progressed to serve as a Highway Engineer at Shri Balaji Construction Company, contributing to the supervision, geometric design, and preparation of IRC-compliant plans for highways and bridges.

Over the years, he has been a key contributor to the planning and design of numerous highway and bridge projects across Himachal Pradesh. As the Co-Founder of C and E Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. he has led the development of several Detailed Project Reports (DPRs), overseeing all essential components such as topographic surveys, geotechnical investigations, traffic studies, feasibility assessments, and alignment planning. His ability to balance technical precision with practical site requirements positions him as a versatile engineering professional.

In his role as the Full-Time Director at C and E Consultancy Pvt. Ltd., Mr. Thakur leads the firm’s design operations and project management initiatives, specializing in highway and bridge design, as well as on-site execution management for bridge and building projects. His leadership is defined by a soft-spoken yet firm approach, meticulous planning, and steadfast commitment to timely delivery—qualities that have earned him consistent appreciation from clients and stakeholders.
